Solution:
Step 1: The hour hand in the clock lies between 5 and 6. So it is after 5.
Step 2: Count 5, 10, 15, 20, and 25 minutes after 12. [Minute hand is at 5.]
Step 3: The clock shows 5 hour 25 minutes.
Step 4: We represent morning using a.m.
Step 5: Therefore, the clock shows 5.25 a.m.
